OEI has breathed new life into over 100 homes across the metropolitan area, working hand-in-hand with municipalities to rejuvenate neighborhoods and partnering with nonprofits to make affordable housing a reality.

OEI has expanded its repertoire to include comprehensive property restoration services, handling everything from fire and water damage to emergency repairs for residential and commercial properties. With a network of experts, OEI navigates the complexities of insurance claims to ensure seamless and efficient repairs.
