In 1999, Mr. Collins assembled a dedicated team to establish Open Eye Innovators, LLC. This minority-owned company is committed to crafting top-tier homes and delivering unparalleled construction and rehabilitation services. OEI has breathed new life into over 100 homes across the metropolitan area, working hand-in-hand with municipalities to rejuvenate neighborhoods and partnering with nonprofits to make affordable housing a reality.

But that’s not all. OEI has expanded its repertoire to include comprehensive property restoration services, handling everything from fire and water damage to emergency repairs for residential and commercial properties. With a network of experts, OEI navigates the complexities of insurance claims to ensure seamless and efficient repairs.
